Job Summary:

Come join a team of enthusiastic and family-oriented people. We are currently looking for licensed HVAC-Refrigeration Service Technicians with Mechanical skills in Restaurant Equipment Repair (Universal Required) (NATE A plus!)

This dedicated individual will perform skilled maintenance on a variety of commercial/industrial heating and cooling systems in the Restaurant Industry, as well as mechanical, plumbing and electric. (3-5 years' experience required)

We are a full-service facility maintenance company looking for individuals who can manage their time and motion, adhere to safety, and have a customer satisfaction mind set.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Perform tasks necessary in the installation, modification, maintenance, repair and/or overhaul of HVAC and Refrigeration related equipment, and general restaurant equipment repair
  • Perform troubleshooting of malfunctioning or inoperative equipment.
  • Perform inspections of new or old equipment for deficiencies.
  • Follow instructions, controls, wiring diagrams and schematics to perform assigned work.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical components.
  • Performs preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC-R systems, not limited to walk-in units, specialty coolers, ice machines, shake and icee machines, and other various systems
  • Performs preventative maintenance schedules for various pieces of restaurant equipment not limited to fryers, broilers, hood and heat chutes, ovens and microwaves and other various systems
  • Purchases maintenance/repair materials as needed.
  • Maintain, operate all HVAC-R systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Monitor and supervise HVAC-R preventive Maintenance contracts;
  • Perform facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations;
  • Maintain compliance to City, County, State ordinances and codes
  • Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required
  • Attend training sessions and seminars
  • Perform any other facility duties required by Managing Director
  • Weekly/ daily inventory of vehicle supplies
  • Travel to businesses daily as scheduled
  • Use effective positive interpersonal communication skills both written and oral.
